Full Body Massage
The Full Body massage can also include a relaxing head & foot massage. The Swedish Full Body is best for light stress and tension relief, muscular knots, even ones that are too tender for anything other than lightly soothing massage pressure, nourishing the skin, improved circulation, muscle tone, reducing the look of cellulite(over time), and boosting lymph and blood circulation to aid in detoxification etc.

Back, Neck & Shoulders
A back, neck and shoulders massage is a shorter treatment than the full body massage. Once desired pressure is achieved, massage will be performed on possibly stiff lower back, loosening any muscular knots, also commonly located between the shoulder blades and tops of the shoulders. Treatment includes a soothing head massage, which, take it from us, is bliss!

Indian Head/Foot massage
Swedish Scalp & Face Massage or the Indian Head Massage can be the most relaxing part of the Swedish Massage Treatment. It not only works on the scalp, as the name suggests; but also on the face, neck, shoulders and upper back. These are all areas where we tend to harbor a great deal of tension. Massaging the feet, like in Reflexology, has been known to have amazing benefits on the body like: improved relaxation and sleep, increased energy, improved digestion, more balanced appetite, lowered stress levels, improved circulation etc.

Classic facial
Skin care is an ongoing quest for increased health, skin radiance, and inner balance complimented by an overall feeling of well-being. The Classic Facial is similar to an express facial & the perfect complement to your journey. The treatment helps hydrate while improving skin tone and clarity. Includes skin analysis.
